NOTICE TO INEC CHAIRMAN

Dear INEC CHAIRMAN,
In respect to voters' card registration, many Nigerians have been looking for where to register including myself. Those that where given systems to register us do not want to work.

I got to one of the registration center at Ishaga 10am on 24th of last month (January) but the registrars where yet to resume at that time till I left some minutes past 11. People were waiting and some left in frustration.

In view of this, I hereby volunteer myself to partake in this exercise of registration. There are people who are willing to join me if you make systems available.

Please consider this so that no one will have excuse of not voting come 2019.
